An Introduction

Heya ^_^'

So I decided to make a blog! Yeah!

You'll notice the current title: "Frills, Films, Friends and Foxtrot". The title is thus for two reasons. The first reason is that I like the alliteration involved (which probably gives you some idea of my geekiness). The second is that these four things are all in some way linked to the four things in life that make me happy; lolita fashion, films, my friends and latin and ballroom dancing.

There are many other things I like and get enjoyment from; anime, board games, my harp (or at least I did, though I'm so busy at the moment that I can't commit to it enough to actually make any progress which has kind of stopped me from playing it in general for the time being), music (though this has also been neglected a lot recently) and I also recently got a Warhammer starter set (building and painting high elves and skaven and then battling with them via the use of ludicrous quantities of dice) which looks like it will be great fun.

None of these things can be said to make me happy in quite the same way as the main four though. And whilst I imagine I will touch on many subjects in this blog that aren't in those main four (and on the other side of the coin I kind of doubt I'm going to talk much about my dancing, for example, as there isn't a lot for me to say about it) I'd like to at least commemorate those things which are dearest to me in the blog's title.
